Our Story
InciPulse was founded in 2019 by the team at iTechOps Cloud Pvt. Ltd., comprising SREs and engineers who had experienced firsthand the chaos of managing critical outages at fast-growing tech companies.
We saw teams scrambling during downtime, struggling to calculate MTTR, sending inconsistent updates to status pages, and spending hours on manual post-incident reporting. There had to be a more automated way.
