• "InciPulse" refers to the incident management and status page platform.
• "Service" refers to the software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided by InciPulse.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity utilizing the Service.
• "Status Page" refers to the public or private pages hosted by InciPulse to communicate service health.

3Subscription and Payments

InciPulse offers various subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing upon notice. Your continued use of the service after a price change constitutes agreement to the new pricing.

4Intellectual Property

InciPulse retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all source code, design elements, and functionality. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Service without express written permission.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to InciPulse (such as logos, custom text, and incident data). By using the service, you grant InciPulse a limited license to host and display this content as part of the Service.

5Service Availability and Support

InciPulse aims to provide high availability; however, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance that results in temporary downtime.

Standard support is provided via email and our support portal. Response times may vary based on your subscription level.

6Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

InciPulse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in behavior that harms our systems or other users.

7Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InciPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to InciPulse in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where iTechOps Cloud Pvt. Ltd. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
